Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Services

Our solutions may integrate with or rely on third-party services (e.g., AI providers, communication platforms, hosting services). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of these third-party services.
